Austin Waterjet offers advanced laser cutting services that can be used for a variety of applications, including architectural ornaments, HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, and signs. Equipped with a CO2 laser, a flying optic configuration, and three axis cutting capability, our advanced machinery can cut aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
And, offering a (+/-) .003 inch precision tolerance on materials under .375 inches thick, and a (+/-) .01 inch precision tolerance on materials over .375 inches thick, our superior laser cutting service meets high industry standards and is ISO, ASME and ASTM compliant.
With the ability to process materials up to sixty inches wide by one hundred and twenty inches long, our laser cutting equipment has served clients from a wide range of industries, including machine shops, food equipment, medical and construction. Flying Optics
Flying optics lasers feature a stationary table and a cutting head (with laser beam) that moves over the work piece in both of the horizontal dimensions. Flying-optics cutters keep the workpiece stationary during processing, and often don’t require material clamping.
