Waterjet Logo from Rigid Foam for Signage Industry

Unable to use traditional machining processes, a client from the signage industry contacted Austin Waterjet to employ our advanced waterjet cutting services towards the construction of a logo. Specializing in steel metal cutting, our superior machinery can also work with a wide range of alternative materials, including foam. Upholding a tight (+/-) 1/16 inch precision tolerance, we were able to successfully employ our waterjet cutting equipment to manufacture the requested logo out of two inch thick rigid foam.
